 Payton Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a US owned company specializing in back-end services of memory products, was invested by the world independent memory leader, Kingston Technology in July 2004. The facility located in the Shenzhen Futian district, is conveniently situated near scenic spots like Lotus Mountain Park and Bijia Mountain Park.
Payton Technology (Shenzhen), certified to use the latest technologies patented by Kingston Technology, provides high quality testing services to Kingston and other top DRAM manufacturers. The company’s registered capital is US$ 30 million with a total capital of US$ 90 million. From July 2004 to March 2011, 830 million RMB has been invested into the company in fixed assets. Sound investment has enabled Payton to now own the world’s most advanced memory testing systems, some of which were the first introduced in mainland China. The company has been identified as a Major High-tech Investment Project by Shenzhen Municipal government in three successive years since the company’s establishment.
The total investment of Payton's wBGA DDR3 assembly project has been put into production in May 2007 and in November 2009 production capacity was break 48 million. Payton DDR3 4th assembly project has been start in July 2010 and in December 2010 produciton capacity break 82 millon.Upon project completion, Payton already become the largest DRAM testing and assembly corporation in China.
